Refund Guarantee

All Superior Selling products and programs are sold on a no-refund basis.

Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate access granted upon purchase, we are unable to offer refunds on any Superior Selling product, course, or program, with the sole exception outlined below.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. We encourage all prospective customers to review the product details, watch the available preview content, and reach out with any questions before purchasing.

The 30-Day Closer program is the only Superior Selling product that carries a money-back guarantee. We stand behind the quality of this program and want every student to feel confident in their investment.

If you are not satisfied with the 30-Day Closer, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date, provided that both of the following conditions are met:

1. You Have Not Accessed Any Course Material

You must not have viewed any of the 30-Day Closer course content or logged in to the 30-Day Closer Skool group. Access to the course material — including any module, lesson, video, or resource — constitutes use of the product and voids eligibility for a refund.

2. You Have Not Scheduled Your 1-1 Coaching Call

To be eligible for a refund, you must not have scheduled your included 1-1 Coaching Call. If you have scheduled your 1-1 Coaching Call — regardless of whether you attended the call — you are not eligible for a refund. This is because Shaun and his staff dedicate time to preparing for and attending each scheduled call, regardless of attendance, and this represents a real investment of time and resources on our part.

How to Request a Refund

within 30 days of your purchase date.

Please include:

Your full name and the email address used at purchase

Your order number or proof of purchase

Confirmation that you have not accessed any course material or logged into the 30-Day Closer Skool group

Confirmation that you have not yet scheduled your 1-1 Coaching Call

Refund requests that do not meet both conditions outlined above will not be approved.

All approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
